On behalf of our Client, a world-wide known international company, that develops SSC to provide finance and accounting services, we are currently recruiting for an Accounting Team Leader. 
 
Location: Wrocław

Your role will involve managing the team of accountants, monitoring and updating operational procedures and responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. You will be also responsible for appropriate addressing of escalations, identifying and implementing process improvement ideas, guiding and mentoring the team to deliver high quality work and coordinate smooth processing of incoming reports.
 
To be successful in this role you will need 4 – 5 years of experience in the SSC, fluent business English language skills (oral and written) and also experience in leading a team.
