Job Description:
- Support AP Lead in day-to-day business objectives
- Drive Client projects, transitions for respective countries
- Act as AP Subject Matter Expert for Team Members, peers and the Client
- Manage and control day-to-day operations of the Stream, including management of work assignments - prepare and execute operational targets for Team Members
- Ensure proper execution of operational tasks within the Team– coordinate and monitor task completion within SLA time, improve E2E metrics for countries supported
- Identify, document, and review opportunities for improvement in procedures/processes/standards to gain cost-effectiveness, efficiency and better working environment
- Anticipate, identify, and drive till resolution complex issues/problems. Develop and implement a corresponding plan of action to bring the situation to resolution.
- Drive process changes within the Stream, communicate changes to AP Lead
- Manage Client escalations in professional & timely manner
- Perform data entry or other Client related tasks in various systems as required
- Supervise a group of around 10 FTE’s, act as first point of contact/escalation and Career Counselor
- Ensure completion of time and expense reports for self and Team Members per policies
- Monitor and support the knowledge transfer process for New Joiners
- Provide Business Excellence and Data Privacy awareness for Team Members
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a Team, group of countries
- Very good knowledge of AP Procedures and DTP’s
- Excellent knowledge of AP daily/weekly/monthly deliverables and reporting cycle
- MOTIVATION & willingness to develop in Leadership area reflected in Personal Development Plan
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Good cooperation with Team Members, Team Player, “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work under time pressure, stress-resistance
- Strong target orientation
- Very good Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
