As Administration Specialist you will have the opportunity to support Management Team strategic activities and ensure compliance with legal regulations and alignment with corporate standards. You will report to President of Management Board and functionally to Management Team Head. The position gives a chance to cooperate closely with GBSC leaders and corporate functions at all levels of enterprise.

- Play a role of Personal Data Security Administrator (ABI)
- Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Requirements incl. GDPR by documenting and auditing personal data databases and related processes
- Manage IPP Polska agreements database (agreements with other IP legal entities and vendors (incl. ensuring compliance statements etc.)
- Support implementation of IP sourcing policies and practices in GBSC
- Support purchasing processes of GBSC
- Monitor data retention guidelines execution
- Actively support IP Polska Management Team with administrative tasks (i.e. organization of meetings, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and active follow ups)
- Actively support IP Polska MT in deploying of the GBSC strategy as well as tracking its progress
- Cooperate closely with Communication Specialist
- Master degree – legal or administration degree would be an asset
- Fluency in Polish and English
- 2 years of experiences in legal/admin work environment
- The ability to work successfully with colleagues at all levels of the enterprise
- Ability to structure work environment and deploy documentation management system
- Very good communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Project management skills
