They are looking for AP GBS Europe Manager. AP Manager will be responsible for AP process in Europe, managing GBS Krakow organization and aligning execution by different parties. He/she will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company’s policies and daily operations. He/she will also be part of team driving global pivotal transformation of AP function and managing Europe improvements initiatives. In order to achieve success he/she will need to co-operate with different parties, including outsourcing partner, in-house business services and countries. He/she will be a part of international team therefore close co-operation with global AP Manager will be required.
Main Responbilities:
• Manage PTP process, ensuring smooth flow of activities between different locations
• Engage in analysis and improvements on PTP processes following best in class solutions
• Ensure strong collaboration with Procurement activities
• Engage in analysis and improvements on PTP processes as the business lead for system automation and enhancement projects related to AP and reporting
• Manage team of Payments, Vendor Help Desk and T/E located in Krakow
• Act as the point of contact for external, internal and SOX audits related to the AP processes
• Ensure that KPIs for accounts payable, DPO, travel and expenses management and overall process management are in line with SLAs

We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who:
• Experienced leader with an understanding of what it takes to execute PTP processes in a multi-national corporation
• Business and technology acumen within AP process
• Minimum 5 year relevant business experience, people management experience is a must
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP financial processes
• Demonstrable knowledge of GAAP / IFRS guidelines
• Lean / Six sigma qualification will be an asset
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and operational delivery
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Excellent English (written / oral) skills are mandatory
