On behalf of our client, a leading consulting company, we are urgently seeking the Collections Supervisor to join its multilingual team in Warsaw.
A successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with other regions for global collection, creating and providing functional and operational reports to executive management that provides essential information to manage the business and developing, maintaining, and updating all collections and AR process documentation. Candidate’s aim is to coordinate the preparation and analysis of accounts receivable, create consistent methods for analyzing and reporting metrics (including description of trends and meaning) and assist management with career development activities for team members including performance management, informal feedback, training, and resourcing. You will also ensure Service Level Agreements for the teams' are met, provide process improvement guidance / changes for review by leadership, work with collections management team to drive continuous improvement in the collections process and provide internal and external audit support, as requested.
To work effectively on this position, you should be a graduate in Accounting, Finance or any Business related course with at least 5 years work experience (at least 3 years work experience in SSC environment in order to cash and at least 2 years work experience as team leader). Preferred candidate is also fluent in English AND in Spanish, Italian, French or German. Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks, ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure and flexibility (especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing) will be seen a strong asset. If you have excellent communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and time-management skills you are the right candidate.
