For Our Client, an international company, we are currently looking for candidates on a position of AR Team Leader.
While working on this position you be managing the performance of the team providing order to cash services to a number of business units and territories. Responsibilities focus on prioritizing of team workloads, handling client communication and escalations as well as monitoring KPI’s. As a Team Leader you will also train new employees and identify opportunities for improving process efficiency.
To be successful candidate you need to hold at least 2 years of professional experience on similar position. Fluency in English is a must. Very good command of other European language would be considered as an asset. The Candidate should hold a master degree in accountancy, economics or finance area as well as strong command of MS Office package.
