Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing and implementing business process improvements, as well as developing technology-based solutions to improve business performance. We are seeking individuals that have university degree, 3 to 5 years financial industry experience, which may include retail banking, risk management, treasury experience or other relevant areas. The ideal candidate for this positions will have the ability to lead small teams (5 -8 persons), and have excellent communication skills in both Czech and English. Practical experience in business development or CRM will strengthen your application. The base salary for this position is competitive, and additional outstanding benefits will definitely make this a very attractive position for the right candidate.
