Opis stanowiska:
We are looking for dynamic Call Centre Agents to work with a well established international company based in Prague.
Wymagania:
Your role will be ensuring that requests for assistance are accurately logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner, according to agreed standards and procedures. We are looking for individuals with fluent English, at least 1 year experience in a customer facing role, preferably in a call centre with positive attitude towards IT technologies. At least some German will be a big advantage. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to start their career in an international environment of one of the top companies operating in Czech Republic.
