Our client is a globally recognised leader in the field of consultancy. This is a great opportunity for a Help Desk manager to play a critical role in a new initiative run by our client in the heart of Prague, Czech Republic.
Wymagania:
Closely collaborating across regional teams located in Germany, India, USA and Australia, the Help Desk manager will run a support group responsible for our clients global data network, regional and central application servers using distributed messaging and Intranet environment based upon Lotus Notes, and global directories based upon NetWare/NDS and Active Directory.
The Help Desk Manager will be responsible for measuring operations effectiveness and driving the continuous improvement of global customer service processes.
This is an amazing opportunity for professionals who can demonstrate an ability and experience in managing International help desks!
