Back Office Specialist with Dutch
Location: Kraków
Main tasks:
  • Contact with customers via phone and email,
  • Receive and research of documents,
  • Escalate unresolved inquiries for resolution,
  • Reports and analyses required by client are compiled within deadlines,
  • Cooperation with the different departments within the company,
  • Various back-office tasks including updating informations on the system.
  • Very good level of Dutch,
  • Communicative level of English,
  • Analitycal skills,
  • Previus experience in back office area is an asset.
