Opis stanowiska:
Grafton Recruitment is one of the largest staffing companies within CEE region. To meet our ambitious needs in terms of development of POZNAN branch we are looking for experienced and motivated candidates for the Branch Manager position.
The scope of duties of Branch Manager will include:
- budget and result responsibilities
- strategies and plans development for the recruiting work
- responsibility for implementation of strategies and plans
- management of the company on a daily basis
- employment and leadership of Recruitment Consultants team
- reporting to the company ‘s headquarters and board of directors

Wymagania:
- education background within economy, philology, HR management or similar
- min. 4 years of experience on managerial position,
- min 4 years of HR experience mainly in the staffing or recruitment industry,
- Strong HR and leadership skills including: recruitment, personal development and performance management,
- experience in managing projects in the area of budgets, deadlines and quality requirements
- very good skills in English and polish, both verbal and written
- general skills in use of pc, MS office, internet, business systems
- min. 4 years of experience on managerial position,
- min 4 years of HR experience mainly in the staffing or recruitment industry,
