Your role
Are you a stickler for getting things right? Do you know how to solve problems? We are looking for someone like this who can help us:
- drive and coordinate the delivery of IT and process changes in Risk Control area
- understand and analyze business cases and requirements
- find and implement solutions
- provide strategic view on the design and project planning
- identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
- facilitate and support the transition of Change Program into run-the-bank
Your team
You'll be working in the Risk Strategic Change Team in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park). We support Chief Risk Officers and the Firm Wide Risk functions with delivering Change-the-Bank projects. As a part of this team you would act as the essential conduit between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions, at various levels of seniority and across geographical locales.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- degree in business administration, banking and finance, economics or engineering
- previous business analysis experience (experience in Risk Control or in finance services industry would be an asset)
- good knowledge of key risk concepts (Credit Risk, Market Risk etc.) and measures across asset classes
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
You are:
- fluent in English
- an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
- a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
- known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
