Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of professional experience, preferably in analytical, reporting or process improvement role
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken (at least B2), German will be an asset
- Positive attitude and commitment to improve the way processes are performed
- Strong analytical, process improvement and conceptual mindset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Working knowledge of VBA, MS Access
- Experience with SAP FI will be an asset
- Experience with data mining and Big Data tools will be an asset
- Ability to work independently on given tasks
Responsibilities:
Business Analyst is responsible for analysing and developing Asset Recovery processes. Person on this position will capture the knowledge, identify opportunities and design solutions in order to claim unjustified charges (e.g. overpayments) and prevent fraud.
- Working with the Asset Recovery team on designing methodology and tools in order to identify claims to be recovered and possible frauds
- Collecting requirements, designing and developing solutions that will be implemented in order to improve Asset Recovery processes
- Identifying new fields for Asset Recovery activities and searching for new technologies that can be used to increase gains
