Our Client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, offering a large portfolio of recognized brands and products. For its polish subsidiary, headquartered in Warsaw, we are looking for a hands-on, talented finance professional for the position of Business Unit Controller. On this position, the successful candidate will closely cooperate with the leadership team and play an essential role in supporting key business decisions.

Opis stanowiska

Take leadership on key controlling processes of the Business Unit, such as budgeting, planning, and forecasting
Liaise with the leadership team to gain a thorough understanding of operations and challenges, creating a foundation for decision support and executive analysis for the Business Unit
Provide support to Sales and Marketing departments to reach business goals, through the analysis of product profitability, the design and implementation of pricing strategy
Provide accurate and timely financial analysis covering sales forecasting, risk and opportunities analysis, variance analysis
Manage presentations, analysis and other communications, long-term plans, budgets, latest estimates and periodic financial results to the leadership team
Support and lead special projects

Kogo szukamy

Master degree in Finance or Economics, professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) will be an asset
At least 5 to 7 years experience in controlling in an international, dynamic environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent communicator, proven experience of influencing others
Hands-on approach can do attitude to drive change
Strong business acumen and internal/external customer focus
Ability to work under pressure, manage tight reporting deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve objectives
Advanced Excel skills, good knowledge of ERP systems
Fluency in Polish and English
