Description
The project (traffic sign fusion) develops an algorithm for calculation of the current valid speed limit for a driver from the sensor sources camera, navigation system and ego data. This speed limit information as well as additional information, for instance give way signs, warning signs or traffic light warning is shown up in the instrument cluster to warn and inform the driver. In the course of the development of new features, taking hardware into operation, documentation and testing of the correct functionality of the traffic sign fusion algorithm
Responsibilities
Implementation of software system tests against specifications and customer requirements in a series project
Implementation of integration and unit tests
Creation of test specifications
Execution of tests as well as debugging and root cause analysis
Possible analysis of driving scenes as well as other small work packages in the area of testing, resource management and integration
Learn and use state of the art software tools and hardware devices
Work together with international teams from inside and outside the company
Be trained to master new technologies
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in programming of embedded systems
Strong technical skills in programming using C and/or C++ language
Knowledge of software testing
Knowledge of V-Model, Visual Studio 2010 and CPPUnit
Ability to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high quality assurance
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Effective communication skills
