On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized company, we are currently looking for Candidates willing to develop professionally as Contact Centre Specialists with Dutch language.
Successful Candidate will be working as a part of international team responsible for maintaining excellent customer care at the highest level, answering queries of the clients via telephone, providing appropriate information regarding products of the company and building proper relationships with clients.
We are looking for dynamic people, ready to develop their career in demanding environment. Candidates need to have fluent knowledge of Dutch and English. Previous experience in multinational environment in the area of customer service or helpdesk would be strong advantage. Furthermore, knowledge of MS Office, strong communication and customer service skills are necessary to be successful for this position.
