For an international organization for its SSC Centre because of new project being launched we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Continuous Improvement (BPO/SSC) Manager
Location: Poznań

Main duties on the position involve:
- Perform detailed process review together with SSC clerks and local finance leaders
- Contribute and monitor optimization action planning & deployment
- Maintain Service Level Agreements and updates
- Cooperate with Company SOX and Internal Audit team to ensure compliance and imply updates to SOX flow charts and related documentation
- Create the optimization and standardization project plan including the scope and deliverables per milestone, resource allocations, budget and schedule.
- Manage the optimization actions deployment to company applications
- Define the test cases and ensure & validate end-to-end testing
- Define and organize resources for training of company application users
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Continuous Improvement project experience within finance/accounting area (BPO/SSC)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Second language would be an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Knowledge of MS VBA would be an asset
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Willingness to provide the highest levels client service
