Contract Logistics Director (Group Level)

Your role will be following:
- Full responsibility for Contract Logistics (CL) at the Group level
- Product development and overall management, development and improvement of the overall (EBITA) result of the CLsegment
- Creating positive and stable market position as well as the image of our services and company
- Ensuring efficient and effective realization of services according to the strategy, internal policy, operational procedures and quality targets including effective implementation of new customers' service
- Managing, leading and developing CL's teams within the Raben Group (including widely spread matrix structure)
- Establishing and implementing the development strategy of the CL
- Finding and exploiting business opportunities as well as managing existing customers profitability
- Segment development via gaining new sales in co-operation with Sales Department
If you meet beneath requirements:
- University degree in Logistics,
- Distribution, Business or similar
- Well-established relevant product experience with a proven record of high level results
- Significant leadership and management experience
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate people to foster high commitment in teams
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Project management approach
- Experience in Lean Management will be an asset
- Willingness to travel frequently in Europe
