Credit and Collections Specialist (Collection Germany)

• Calling/e-mailing/dunning customers to collect overdue receivables according to strategies set up in Collection Tool 


• Registering and resolving disputes by contacting customers/projects managers/project controllers or any other parties responsible for dispute resolution 


• Sending open items report to Client weekly providing status on overdue receivables

• Very good German is required 


• Good Customer Service & communication skills 


• Experience in Collection area would be a huge asset 


• Ability to organize own work and tackle priority tasks 


• Ability to build long-term relationships with the Client 


• Ability to bring an answer quickly and efficiently
