Services management and delivery
- To actively coordinate, drive the implementation and adoption of Amadeus online corporate products (mainly Amadeus cytric Travel & Expense) for global direct corporate customers
- To provide expert consulting to the existing global direct customers in maintaining their corporate solutions at the highest usage standards with the main goals to boost their online adoption.
- To analyses the existing systems, travel processes and travel policy of potential and signed corporate customers and to proposed E2E solution.
- To support sales organization (GCG and regions) in pre-sales activities and RFP delivery
- To provide expert knowledge and implementation consulting to the Regions for the support of the Amadeus online corporate distribution local resellers
- For direct customer: Global Corporations, gather expectations, manage escalation and ensure customer satisfaction on Online Booking tool (Amadeus cytric Travel & Expense) Implementation project.
- Lead the implementation project team through the definition and planning phases and then monitor and control the strategic to completion using Project Management methodology.
Implement On-line booking tool through a structured implementation plan
- Drive Initial implementation Kick-off meeting (on or off-site)
- Manage internal and external meetings with relevant reporting mechanisms
- Regular follow up on action
- Configure on-line booking engine
- Manage corporation employees profile and policy setting
- Train expert users
- Handover to support team
- Perform major change of existing implementation, promote new features
Services processing and methodology
- Apply Project Management methodology (PMO based) including project documentation (PCD, PIR ..) and quality assurance to the product implementation process.
- To develop, maintain, enhance and roll out (to ACO's and partners) the Amadeus online corporate implementation methodology for corporate products
- Coordinate with Product Manager in order to report customer/market feedback, product requirements, Change Requests
- Support in the coordination all internal and external project stakeholders ( Travel agency, Travel manager, IT, support, Amadeus support, setup team / ETV orders, Amadeus integration experts etc ...) and manage successful and timely implementation of the corporate products for global customers.
Services identification, industrialization and evolution
- To support the team in the evolution of Amadeus strategy in Corporate IT with expansion in new corporate IT products (Expense Management, pre-trip approval, etc)
- To support the growth of the rechargeable services component
- Experience with Amadeus e-Travel Management (AeTM) and Amadeus cytric Travel & Expense
- University degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business or IT.
- Fluent English (written & spoken). A second language would be a plus (Spanish and/or German)
- Valid Experience in business travel industry , ideally business Travel Management Company
- Solid experience in IT project management
- Experience of Travel Management in a large corporation is a plus
- Worldwide business trips about 10% of working time.
Lead a team of customer Implementation Project Manager responsible for the implementation of Online Booking Tools and profile solutions for Corporate Customers worldwide. The main responsibility is to facilitate the implementation of the end to end booking solution through a structured implementation plan.
The overall purpose of the position is to define, manage and drive implementation plans for direct corporate and Resellers customers in the area of Corporate IT.
