Job description:
- Customer support foreign language (first line support)
- Providing assistance in solving the fundamental problems in the field of IT
- Call Management clients (registration, coordination, transfer to the next line of support)
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of one of the foreign languages: French, German, Dutch or Czech
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational
- Interest in the development of the IT industry will be an advantage
