Job description:
- Handling emails, faxes and calls directed toCustomer Services
- Customer care duties prior or besides orders:product information, stock availability, service level capacity, pricingconfirmation, samples and new customer delivery account creations
- Order Creation: edits and cancellations based oncustomer requests and processes
- Customer inquiries on delivery tracking and backorders
- Customer queries after deliveries: processing,suggesting solutions to parties involved
- Fluent English and German
- Previous experience in customer service/administrativetasks will be atitude
- Motivation to learn
- Ability to work as part of theteam in multilingual environment
