Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

Job description
MAIN MISSION
Increase Customers satisfaction and improve transaction profitability within the scope:
- Customer orders follow up Organizing on time the preparation and the shipment of the customer orders,
- Issuing invoices to the customers, credit line maintaining, payments control
- Customers support material's availability, stock, planning orders, material database, technical issues, packaging, delivery schedule
- Customers' accounts maintenance in the IT systems.
Requirements
- Multipurpose logistic approach
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- High School background (recommended background in Logistics)
- Fluent in English
- Driving licence cat B (welcomed), necessity to travel occasionally between HQS and Warehouse Office In Kostrzyn.
