Customer Service Officer with Dutch
Location: WROCŁAW
 

Duties:

• Support technical query calls
• Provide customer support within agreed timeframe
• Knowledge exchange within a team
• Handle escalations related to process / technical knowledge

 
Qualifications:

• Fluent Dutch and English
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite & Call Queue management tools
• Experience with a BPO / Call Centre environment would be an asset
