Summary of primary job responsibilities
Telephone and e-mail customer support to Italian speaking Customers/Clients within Contact Centre environment. Telephone and e-mail, administrative/logistical support to users of global brand IT equipment (coordination of orders, returns, the process of recycling).
Fluent/very good Italian, both written and verbal;
Complete training for supported products;
