- Provides professional customer service in German and English
- Handles queries incoming via email and phone
- Responsible for order management activities in SAP
- Manages returns from the customers
- Coordinates resolution of shipping incidents

- Fluent in English and German or French
- MS Excel at intermediate level would be an asset
