As a team member in our Customer Service Centre you"ll be responsible for resolving inbound telephone, e-mail and online queries related to customer service issues for one of our Clients. If you join our team you will be able to gain customer service experience and start your career in one of the biggest Real Estate Portfolio Management companies.
- Handling inbound calls and e-mails from external and internal clients
- Forwarding enquiries to dedicated departments
- E-mail correspondence with other teams and departments
- Preparation of reports
- Cooperation with external clients (including query investigation and resolution)
- Adherence to internal and external audit requirements
- Systematic analysis and update of documents and internal databases
- 100% compliance and adherence to procedures trained on
- Escalating / transferring calls if required as per guidelines
- Maintaining Average Handling Time and log-in hours and absenteeism targets as required
- Utilizing resources like system / tools / Avaya etc. as per procedures
- Attending trainings and using knowledge proactively on all calls
- The Company can assign other duties related to this position in the future
- Fluent German (C1) in speaking and writing is a must
- Good knowledge of English
- Put strong attention to details and have very good organisational skills
- Reliable and committed person
- Team player with good social skills
- Professional experience in customer service will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
- Capability to adapt to a quickly changing and demanding environment
