For international company located in the center of Lodz we are urgently seeking Italian native speakers to join Customer Service Department.
Main responsibilities:
- providing professional customer support (by phone, e-mail, chat) related to car rental;
- proactive sales of additional services (car insurance etc.);
- putting data into computer system;
- resolving customers queries and discrepancies on their accounts;

- fluent Italian is a must;
