is looking for talented individuals for the position of:
Customer Service Specialist with Czech Language
The scope if duties for the chosen Candidate will include: receiving customer purchase orders and preparing delivery confirmations, placing orders into the system, keeping client’s delivery schedule, taking and handling claims in accordance with order processing. The Candidate will also be responsible for correct and timely processing financial data, initiating corrective actions for invoice adjustment, creating and maintaining Credit Notes and Return orders. C
ooperation with Distribution Centre
and logistics operators as well as daily contact with clients and company’s internal departments will also be a part of the duties.
Our Client is looking for candidates who speak English and Czech fluently. We expect around 2 years of experience in a customer service or export/logistics department and University degree. Ideal Candidate has positive customer focus attitude and passion for working with customers, excellent communication skills. We are searching for self confident and ready to face challenges people, good team members.
