Currently for one of our Clients, operating globally, we are looking for experienced and ambitious Customer Service Team Leader who will join the Business Centre located in the heart of Cracow.
As a Team Leader of the constantly developing team you will be responsible mainly for people management, coaching and developing your staff in order to reach their full potential. You will handle escalations and arising issues as well as ensure critical processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Moreover, your role will be to act as a Subject Matter Expert in the managed processes and to implement process improvements in the dynamic and international environment.
Successful Candidate should present at least 1 year of experience in the role of a leader, preferably in customer service area. You need to be an excellent communicator, passionate about people with the ability to build and develop the team. Fluency in English is required as you will operate in the international environment.
