Customer Success Manager
Location: Warsaw
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active involvement in customer success process, implementation and execution customer success strategy
- Analysing sales report and proposing new initiatives
- Research on the customer usages and market trends
- Planning and controlling team activities
- Acting as a coach and advisor for team members
- Product feedback and be involved in product strategy

MUST HAVE:
- Solid business approach and understanding of organizational changes
- Good understanding of clients needs and requirements
- Relevant experience in sales area in the e-commerce or related sector - minimum 3 years
- Experience in team management, training and ability to motivate staff - minimum 2 years
- Highly self-motivation and plenty of initiative
- Flexibility, proactiveness and quick learning ability
- Goal oriented and problem solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- Excellent English language skills (German is a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
