Job description

Planning, facilitation and implementation of kaizen activities
-
Training of DBS tools to all associates
-
Audits existing processes and systems to assess/determine actions required for improvement

Coordinates DBS efforts with Operations staff and supporting functional groups
- Reports directly to DBS Manager
The Danaher Business Systems Leader (DBSL) drives and promotes DBS (Lean continuous improvement) through the utilization of kaizens and associates involvement. This includes developing and implementing DBS processes and involving and/or training all associates in DBS, either through direct facilitation and training, train-the-trainer activities or indirect promotion.
Requirements

Master's degree in Engineering preferred
-
Minimum of 2-4 years operations experience
-
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with lean manufacturing and Toyota Product Systems

Well understanding of lean manufacturing (for example Toyota Production Systems)

Excellent facilitation/communication skills to work with individuals and training others
-
Trained and skilled in the use of all critical DBS( Lean) tools; 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Problem Solving Process, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban system

Knowledge and understanding of Employee Involvement and Team Development skills

Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English

Knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel )
