The Position
We are looking for an expert in data analysis and report automation who will help drive the development of centralized reporting unit. We are targeting someone with experience in BI systems, databases and extensive knowledge of MS Office suite.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and delivers operational reports based on functional designs delivered by the Reporting Team Manager either in an automated or manual way;
- Supports company goals by ensuring the quality of delivery of the reporting services;
- Works closely with PM’s and Line Managers to collect required data for manual reports;
- Identify opportunities to introduce reporting automation;
- Identify opportunities to move local reporting activities to the Reporting Team;
- Identify opportunities to move reporting using local tools to report using the BI tooling;
- Actively promote the use of Standard Reports wherever possible;
- Maintain reports and automation solutions documentation;
- Test new reports according to test scenarios to ensure the desired result is achieved;
- Run existing reports and deliver to recipients.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working in reporting or data management;
- Knowledge of SQL and basic database management;
- Experience with using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik);
- Experience with using Microsoft Sharepoint, Visio, TFS;
- Good English knowledge (written and oral);
- Good interpersonal skills especially communication and presentation skills;
- Experience of working within a multiple stakeholder environment;
- Able to plan, execute and monitor workload;
- Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines;
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills;
- Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to follow processes;
- Promotes and supports standardization and continuous improvement.
