Work as part of the dev team supporting all other related tasks and activities.
Build a strong working knowledge of these related areas, the teams and the technology functionality. Interface with our lead IT BA, the business BA and our Business users.
Support the existing BA team, Dev Manager and Development Team to better understand the business domain, together with all of the related systems/applications.
Act as a domain SME for all functional enquiries.
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Data technology knowledge
o experience in production usage of Hadoop or similar technology
o experience in using relational databases like Oracle
- Data processing and reconciliation for huge amount of data:
o Ability to process data from various number of inputs (Big Data, spreadsheets, databases, flat files),
o Ability to reconcile data from various number of inputs,
o Ability to prepare reports based on processed data,
o Ability to handle import processes for various number of data sources using different languages,
o Ability to read and write SQL (including PL/SQL) queries,
o Ability to read and write Unix scripts,
o Ability to find out differences and similarities in processed data.
- Ability to use JIRA, Maven, SVN is a must.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
- Background in development of Java
- Being a part of international team in the previous job will be a plus.
o Establish ad-hoc scenario execution capability in a centralized location for global ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) and legal entities ERM to enable quick execution across the full life cycle of risk from trading through to balance sheet risk and estimate impact on PTI (Pre-tax Income) and Capital.
o Establish Balance-Sheet reporting capability to enable delivery obligatory reporting and validations
o Establish. maintain, extend a global, voluntary regulatory framework on bank capital adequacy.
