Responsibilites
- Manage and administer the construction works in accordance with the Contract
- Business development and engagement.
- Negotiates contracts, SOW/ delivery goals/ budgets/ with customers & vendors.
- Decision Maker in emergency cases.
- Must be aware and in control of all aspects of multi-sites operations, including strategy, cost plans and goals definition
- Leading regular site meetings.
- Analyze industry trends, sales channels, competition
- Opportunity sensing and seeding ideas within customer organization that could convert to business for Luxoft
- Developing new area(s) of expertise/business at for the company as assigned
- Accountable for meeting company goals within subordinated business unit.
- Mapping company strategy/goals to Continental unit.
- Discussing and closing high level escalations and issues from Sites or from Customers
- Facilitating the optimum high level utilization of people and other resources across the Sites.
- Contributing-to/Driving organizational initiatives (e.g. improving cost savings, improving speed, enhancing growth opportunities, etc.)
- Supervises - Continental Regional Managers.
- Line Reporting - Reports to Senior Delivery Director.
Requirements
Typical Experience
6+ years of experience in:
- Project Management
- Proposal development
- Appropriate experience with a team of managers and specialists at the helm for managing multiple large-projects
- Automotive experience on the same or similar position not less than 5 years
- Minimum Education Qualification: Specialist/MSc in Computer science or relevant

- Ability to delegate large project responsibilities/authority - with the right check and balance

- Pre-sales experience (support in proposal preparation, RFP/RFI processing)
- Extensive senior management and project management experience
- Experience of developing and managing several complex, multi-discipline projects concurrently
- Knowledge and experience in working with legal and business teams within Company.
- Ability to drive project management, product and process reviews with customers.
- Ability to scan business / customer environments and sense opportunities / threats
- Good problem solving skills - & in getting the team to rally around to solve problems
- Ability to create a compelling and inspirational picture of the future by translating company vision / mission / functional objectives to activities team can identify with.
- Expertise in conflicts management and complex negotiation processes.
