Our client, a multinational company from Lodz , is urgently seeking a Department Manager (SSC/BPO).

Main duties of the successful candidate will include managing and monitoring all processes and operations in Purchasing Department. He/she will be also responsible for managing customer relationships, driving actions improving customer satisfaction, handling and preventing customer complaints as well as identifying and exploring new business opportunities. Manager will also provide professional support to Team Leaders and will support Operations Manager in daily activities.

The ideal candidate for this vacancy has previous professional experience on similar position, preferably in BPO/SSC area. We are seeking the candidates with ability to identify improvement opportunities and coordinate their implementation, who also have customer orientation and experience in maintaining relationships with clients on managerial level. Fluent English is a must. The ideal candidate has strong managerial and interpersonal skills, has pro-active and preventive approach to problem-solving as well as is stress resistant.
