Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Works as the 'face' to the local market brand managers for a Digital Marketing Campaigns service
- Manage the planning, asset collection, implementation, tracking and measurement of digital marketing campaigns, on time and within budget
- Manage campaign implementation and performance against agreed campaign activity
- Be responsible for the production and sourcing of all campaign materials
- Manage third party vendors (like agencies and media houses) on a daily basis
- Deliver campaign activity presentations and regular results presentations
- Ensure each campaign has clear metrics as agreed with the client and ensure that campaigns are achieving appropriate return on investment in line with marketing goals
- Deliver frequent optimization and monthly reporting of results against metrics, including use of web analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Oracle Eloqua email data reports, ADO (Accenture digital optimization)
- Carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns
- Ability to present convincing arguments for recommendations to the client and 3rd parties while maintaining successful working relationships
- Liaise with the brand team to ensure campaign materials is aligned to overall collateral, prospectuses and identity guidelines
- At least 0-2 years of experience working as a digital campaign manager for an agency or large size business in local market
- BA/BS or Masters degrees (ideally Marketing, Digital or Business related)
- Excellent spoken and written language skills in English
- Excellent client management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders onshore and offshore
- Understanding of: Adobe Analytics, Marketing automation tools – Oracle Eloqua
- Understanding of: Multivariate testing tools and techniques
- Understanding of: CRM tools
- Analytical skills, understanding base KPIs for digital campaigns
- Experience/Interest of automotive industry is a plus
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
