0-15 years in Investment Banking Operations and/or Securities Services Operations, having managed large teams (in excess of 50 resources) in a Global Service Delivery /Ops function.
- Exposure to having managed international stakeholders in Global Financial Hubs (Hong Kong, London, New York, Singapore, Tokyo) in a cross-time-zone Ops environment.
- The flair and gravitas to influence Senior-level Business Leaders within the Bank, coupled with the tact and diplomacy required to manage such relationships whilst not compromising the integrity and quality of Operations service levels.
