Job Purpose:
Implements assigned parts of EMEA business strategies, tactics & market development programmes. These include effective sales performance analysis, simulation of cost impact analysis of future sales compensation plans, defining methodology for and translating countries’ business plans into individual sales targets, etc. Supports the development of and implements novel solutions / models / processes that improve decision making and organisational effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities:
- Analyze sales performance results and formulate recommendations on current and future development.
- Maintain Sales performance measurement applications and contribute to the process efficiency
- Develop solutions, models and processes that improve decision making and organisational effectiveness.
- Design and develop motivating incentive programs for our Sales force in the EMEA region which support the EMEA business plan and the go-to-market strategy, by providing research and analysis, and working with different planning groups from around the world.
- Define customer segmentation for purpose of Sales territory design and target definition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Marketing or a quantitative discipline
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Very strong analytical skills
- SQL knowledge and experience will be considered as an asset
- Ability to interpret volumes of complex data draw logical conclusion
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of the macro business environment (economic, competitor, market dynamics etc)
- Basic commercial judgment
- Good self-organizational skills
- Basic project management knowledge
- Good conceptual thinking ability
- PC literate including good MS Office skills
