E-commerce Architect / Technical Leader

Opis stanowiska:
For our Client, one of the leading international IT consultancy companies, we are looking for candidate for the position of E-commerce Architect / Lead.
Company office is located in Warsaw.
The person holding this position will be mainly responsible for:
- support sales activities: liaise with client account leadership, monitor pipeline of opportunities, handle demand for pre sales / solution planning effort, provide SME support to opportunity origination/qualification;
- lead pre sales / solution planning activities: deal shaping, RFI/RFP management (delivering technical and commercial proposal), design solution architecture including client-facing activities, scoping, effort estimating, delivery model, project planning, costing and pricing, manage internal consensus and solution approval;
- lead project delivery activities: manage project mobilization/staffing, execute contract/scope management, supervise all project phases from system analysis to design, build and roll-out, manage client relationship at C-level, manage overall deal economics, handle internal quality review and reporting processes;
- support growth of delivery capability: monitor demand of delivery capacity/capability against pipeline of opportunities and running projects, support delivery team growth (hiring &training plans).

- Very good understanding and experience within one or more of the following digital knowledge/ content management areas:
- user experience prototyping and design, Interaction design, Visual design, cross/omni-channel design, testing & usability, real time integration
- digital content optimization: dynamic landing page design, A/B – multivariate and segment based testing, backlink management, search engine optimization, paid search – bid management integration
- web content management: web site/CMS/Portal platform design and implementation, data & content migration, back-end integration, roll-out design and execution
- knowledge of major CMS/WCMS suites (at least one known in-depth): Adobe CQ5, SDL Tridion, Oracle CX WebCenter, SAP Open Text, Sitecore
- knowledge of major Portal suites: IBM WebSphere, Microsoft Sharepoint 20xx, Liferay
- integration with Commerce/Marketplace: hybris, Oracle ATG, Demandware, IBM Commerce and social networks, social listening and sentiment analysis
- Very good analytical and communication skills;
- Very good level of English enabling successful operation within international environment;
- Openness for business travels.
