The to-be-hired Financial Analyst will be dedicated to providing all required financial analysis of potential commercial real estate lease transactions related to CBRE"s Master Services Agreement with the Client in the EMEA region. Client's EMEA lease portfolio consists of 400+ locations, and this is considered a full-time position.
Responsibilities:

- Utilize Client's proprietary Excel model to accurately reflect the Cash and US GAAP implications of transactions under consideration throughout EMEA.
- Read, review, and abstract the economic terms in leases and expense reconciliations.
- Write and verbally present financial analysis assumptions and conclusions in a concise, confident and clear manner to both CBRE professionals and Client decision-makers.
- Client-facing position with accelerated growth possibilities and progressively increasing responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills, financial/math skills and a keen sense of numbers and financial concepts.
- Experience with US GAAP accounting concepts is required.
- Experience with financial modeling in Excel is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrates understanding of general commercial office leasing concepts.
- Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task in order to meet client deadlines.
- Strong ability to interact (written and verbal) effectively and professionally with a wide variety of internal parties.
- Team player, dependable, strong work ethic, with ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
- Candidates with 2-5 years of work experience in real estate and/or accounting will be considered.
- Bachelor"s degree (BA/BS) in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics from a four-year College or University. A 3.5 GPA or higher is preferred but not required.
