- CRM Consumer Loyalty Campaign Local Market Account Manager providing service to a leading global consumer goods retailer for their Eastern Europe cluster of local markets
- Ensures completion of multi-channel campaign briefing document (Email, Direct Mail, SMS, In-App messaging)
- Creates and maintains a close business relationship with the local client marketing lead and team, including regular travel to client sites in the Eastern Europe countries for business meetings
- Works with a Campaign Planner to fit each local campaign into the overall campaign plan for that market, including tactical and creative content input
- Manages client amends to the campaign requirements
- Works with 3rd party creative team to ensure creative work meets the brief
- Interfaces with offshore Campaign Project Managers who manage actual campaign execution to ensure correct priority and service levels for the local market
- Ensures service reports and campaign reports delivered on time to local market client
- Works within a team of 5-10 people in Warsaw as part of a global operating model
- Works within a team of 2-3 Warsaw-based Account Managers, led by an Account Manager Team Lead
Required experience
- Experience in Leading the Team will be an advantage
- Client-facing Marketing Account Management experience
- Consumer Marketing experience (typically at least 5 years), with at least some experience of at least one Eastern Europe local market.
- Understanding of the use of customer data for CRM targeting
- Experience working in a globally distributed team (ideally including India-based teams)
- Multi-channel Loyalty Campaign experience
- Previous marketing agency experience
- Consumer fuels & convenience retail experience
- Campaign automation tool functional experience e.g. Adobe Campaign
Language skills
- Fluent English required
- Nice to have: Some language skills in at least one of the Eastern Europe local markets
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
