Our client is internationally recognized company. We are currently looking for Candidates with German or Dutch language. Any other European language fluency would be an asset- we have various open roles with French, Italian, Hungarian, Slovak, Czech and many more.
While working at the position of Customer Support, you will be responsible for handling calls, emails and chat requests from customers, making the basic pre-sales and providing customer satisfaction by helping them with orders and delivers. Your role will be to deliver support and service, all time ensuring all customer queries are resolved to their satisfaction.
An ideal Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German or Dutch. Any other European language will be taken into consideration. We are looking for a team player with high level of motivation. We are open for both- experienced Candidates as well as fresh Graduates seeking for first work experiences. We are looking for flexible and motivated to gain knowledge of client service area.
