CUSTOMER SERVICES TRAVEL AGENT WITH GERMAN
As a Customer Services Executive you will be responsible for making sure our customers get excellent pre travel customer service. Helping them with general questions and queries about their holidays, making changes to their bookings where required. Working with other business areas to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service, and providing feedback on how we can improve.
Your main duties would include:
• Answering passenger and travel agent calls and emails.
• Helping us maintain strict service level agreements in reference to how we manage all our day to day tasks.
• Offering a friendly and efficient service in line with group guidelines.
• Managing in resort queries offering advice and assistance to our passengers when they need it the most.
• Managing pre departure complaints, and helping resolve these.
• Working with other business areas to improve customer experience.
• Working across multiple brands, and building up knowledge and experience in each to offer consistent service delivery across the group.
• Support team mates who work in other brands, to ensure that we work as one team to achieve our targets.
To work with us you need:
• Fluent written and spoken English and German
• Excellent customer service levels
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to multi task
• Work under pressure
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Travel background
• Proven track record of customer service experience
