Customer Support Specialist with German

Job Description
  • Supporting client and help in solving basic IT problems (1st line support)
  • Calls coordination – transferring more complicated problems to 2nd line support
  • Basic knowledge in working in helpdesk

Workplace: Bydgoszcz

Requirements
  • Fluent knowledge of German (min. B1)
  • Good English knowledge (min. B1)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows system and MS Office
  • Genuine interest in IT subject and willingness to learn
  • Good work organization
