YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Leading your own department and improving its sales
- Motivating your team and training its junior staff
- Conducting regular merchandise analysis and optimising sales floor by implementing visual merchandising guidelines
- Liaising and cooperating with purchasing department in order to improve merchandise selection
- Ensuring friendly and professional customer service throughout your department
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in the textile, FMCG or services sector
- Successful completion of business management course and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
- Strong customer - and service-orientation
- High level of commitment and initiative and hands-on approach
- Analytical and organisational skills
- Very good English or German language skills
