Our Intrusion team, the global leader in advanced security systems is the one of the unit supported in Gdansk.
We are currently looking for an experienced candidate to strengthen Intrusion team:
The Embedded Software Engineer to develop next generation solutions for the electronic security industry. The initial focus will be on embedded access control and intrusion applications including the use of embedded databases and communication protocols.
- be a member of the design and development team responsible for the creation of complete and comprehensive product features,
- participate in the specification reviews,
- develop firmware application based on the functional specification of the product and the architecture design documents,
- develop automated tests,
- document own code,
- collaborate with test engineering team,
- perform peer-reviews of other team member's code
- At least 3 years hands-on experience in embedded C and assembly language programming
- Educated to Master of Science level in Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Communication Systems from an accredited college or university.
- Good understanding of electronic hardware principles
- Experience in serial, modem and TCP/IP communication protocols
- Knowledge of debugging tools and techniques
- Knowledge and experience in using of version control systems (SVN)
- Ability to analyze code quickly and propose stable solutions
- Ability to work rigorously and autonomously
- Ability to work with global teams
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- You are very experienced in assembly language programming
- You are familiar with Renesas microcontrollers, in particular: M16C/62P family
