For our Client – international, prestigious organization based in Warsaw we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of IT Desk Support 2nd Line.
The purpose of this role is to provide the best guidance, solutions and support of end user computing and local applications.
Our Client is looking for a self-starter who is capable of working independently. However he will communicate with peers in other parts of the world to collaborate, troubleshoot and share information.
The key requirements for this role are proficiency with Service Desk concepts; expertise with Microsoft/Windows OS: XP/7.1 and 8.1, understanding of LAN and WAN Networking concepts and capability of identifying network issues; firewall expertise (Symantec on desktop); proxy concepts and configuration; MS Office 365 technologies, including Skype for Business; 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Desktop technician role as well as knowledge of One Drive. Fluency in English language is required.
