Project Mgmt support
- Plan new resources
- Keep all resources up-to-date (in accordance with the ITPLs)
- Overview of free capacities
- Measuring critical planning like holidays and dummy planning
- Update the Project Status slide
- Direct support of Project Manager based on individual tasks and strength

Project and Portfolio Budget Reporting
- Compiling Portfolio Budget reports on a monthly basis
- Detailed View: Budget, Actuals, Forecasts per Program, Project
- Consolidated View
General Administration
- GG Mailbox
- Meeting Room Reservation via mms

- Weekly Update of regular Mgmt reporting

Challenges Contractor will be facing in this role:
- Talent to organize and readiness to improvise is very helpful, as often we have to act on short notice

- Familiarity with lots of processes and systems within bank, not all of them are easy to follow, sometimes patience and resilience is requested
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
1.Strong command in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint and,Word) is a must
Fluent in English
Good communication skills
Service orientation, readiness to be flexible
5.Education in Business Administration or similar
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
German is a plus
Skills in Project Mgmt and agile Methodology will be helpful
Familiarity with Jira and confluence

We serve the PB (Private Banking) unit of with Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Solutions. The Applications team provides IT services as maintenance, enhancement and development for many applications in terms of standard reporting and BI service. With sophisticated, self-developed tools and applications we provide various forms of flexible reporting and research functionality. The PB Sales Force is served with a bespoken price calculation tool, completely developed in C# with Silverlight. The Lead Management System improves the entire acquisition process. All projects are conducted in close collaboration with the PB Chief Operating Office.
The Wroclaw onsite team includes about 22 people.
There are more teams in Zurich, all teams together build the department for which this role is working.
The role will mainly support the department portfolio Manager located in Zurich. Detail work see (Key responsibilities)
2 more person work in the same role in Wroclaw, all together build a team helping and supporting each other. The team spirit is very high, and the work while intensive is interesting and covers various of different areas including many interaction with Zurich based people.
