Responsibilites
- Provide office assistance and PMO support across the team and associated projects:
- Support the project managers in updating project status reporting, tracking milestones and deliverables, risk and issues using Clarity/OnePPM for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting all project expenditure
- Support the PMO lead in all aspect of
- administration, organisation of project meetings, presentations,
- workshops, travel and expenses and Minutes.
- Control the receipt, identification, storage and issue of all project
- deliverables
- Support in identifying and resolving issues pro-actively
- Track and update all work items and problems.
- Communicate status verbally and in written form to all stakeholders.
- Build up and maintain good relationships with global stakeholders in IT and in the business.
Requirements
Essential skills/experience :
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A burning desire to progress your career within the space of PMO where the opportunities to learn and progress are unlimited
- Experience as a junior PMO or been working in an administrative role supporting
- global teams and had exposure to e.g. budgets, project/delivery plans, RAID logs, managing staff
- on-boarding & roll-offs
- You must be extremely well-organised and able to demonstrate this.
- Impeccable attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Supporting and working with team members based in other global locations.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to understand budgets, benefits, forecasts, invoicing, actuals
- and variances
- The ability to make considered and pragmatic decisions as well as the
- ability to pick up new concepts and systems quickly
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent English
Desirable skills/experience :
- Relevant postgraduate qualification, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Front Office experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Clarity/OnePPM would be an advantage
- Have an understanding of Financial Services
- Stakeholder management experience.
